August 11, 2002 journal, suing the food industry for making us fat, 25 years since Elvis died.  The food industry is being sued for making America fat by the same lawyers that successfully sued the tobacco industry.  As I said, civil court is the best way to fight the wrongs to make them right.  McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and KFC are being listed as defendants in a class-action lawsuit accusing them of causing obesity in 60 P/C of all of America, for serving fattening foods without proper warning of obesity.  They have stated that obesity kill people almost as fast as smoking cigarettes causing heart attacks, diabetes and other fatal diseases. Hamburger meat and french fried potatoes are the main culprits in the fast-food industry.  They still misapplied somewhat in not listing sugar as an equal and as one the main causes of obesity as the body burns sugar and stores the fat.  I quote that CBS Sunday Morning Program reporting on a class-action lawsuit headed up by attorney John Banzhal of George Washington University Law School who initialized a civil action against the tobacco companies 40 years ago successfully.  Now taking on the junk food

industry suggesting it is a crime to serve people excessive fat without warning of obesity.

The body's tolerance or ability to process fat is measured in terms of 65 grams per day.

Calories are said to be 2000 per day and one Big Mac is more than half that. One order of french fries is said to be 540 calories. A professor of Yale calls it "a toxic food supply".  A reported 300,000 people die every year from obesity while 450,000 reportedly die from cigarette smoke.  I personally think the numbers are much higher than they are reported.

Fast-food is credited with 117 billion dollars per year damage.  "Obesity among children has tripled in the last 20 years. One fourth of all vegetables eaten in this country are fries".

There's a lot more to it than is covered in this report without mentioning hydrogenated oil.

This class-action lawsuit may stop much of the consumption of fat by making the people aware of it.  There's nothing wrong with the potato except it's fried in toxic cooking oil.  I never considered potatoes as a vegetable, potatoes are a starch or is a safe carbohydrate.

There is certainly plenty of evidence to prove that fast-food makes people fat.  Children in America are raised on sugar.  The schools teach Pepsi-Cola and Coca-Cola as being good.

They will need to extend this lawsuit to cover the cola companies and thousands more that produce nearly everything in the grocery stores today.  Dead food makes us sick, maybe

dead also.  Every food producer and/or supplier will pay a high price for serving up junk.

It goes back to my painting of the five whites.  White sugar in everything store bought or served in restaurants.  White flour in everything even cornmeal and all fried breaded foods.

White fat meat served abundantly without limit and kids downing 3-5 hamburgers per day, washing it down with Pepsi or Coke sugarized drinks.  White pasteurized milk is to our detriment and white processed poison chloride table salt adding to added for more sudden death syndrome.  Considering what we eat, we are all lucky to be alive to attend funerals.

Desert fever or sometimes referred to as coxie is said to be common for Arizona residents.

Richard's funeral is today and burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park. I feel it is part of me.  I set through the funeral service to hear his life celebrated.  Richard was a faithful Christian.

We start up in the morning downing Kellogg's frosted flakes or even "Total" with sugar.  Enlighten us Lord I pray that we may live another day and understand thy way of health.

Deliver us from the biased advertising media that is willing to waste us for our few dollars.

"And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear is crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the lamb. In the midst was the Tree of Life which bare 12 matter of fruit,... and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nation's". Revelation 22, 1-2
